Order Processing

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed successfully. A subsequent email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

Standard Shipping: Available within the United States, typically delivered within 3-7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery options may be available at an additional cost. Delivery times vary based on the chosen expedited service.
International Shipping: We do not ship outside of the U.S. at this time. In the future we may ship to certain international countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. These will be advertised on our website and applicable during the promotional period.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the shipping carrier's website.
Delivery Confirmation: Orders may require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept the package.

Domestic Shipping: We ship to all 50 states within the United States.
