Refund policy

You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. 

Return Eligibility

Initiate a return only when the following rules are met:

  • It must be unused, in the original condition and packaging, with the supporting material where applicable 
  • We cannot accept returns on final sale items
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns

To start a return, email us at orders@lilcrescent.com. Once approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed. You can always contact us for any returns question at orders@lilcrescent.com.

Damages and Issues

All products are inspected at multiple operations during the manufacturing process. We also thoroughly inspect all items before shipping. A sticker over the packaging opening tab confirms it passed our inspection. Inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us immediately at orders@lilcrescent.com with detailed photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue. 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If rejected, we'll explain why. Note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
